Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

 

1. General Use

 

Little Big Smoke is a private, wood-fired sauna experience designed for people aged 16+.

Sessions are limited to a maximum of four people.

Our sauna is self-led and unsupervised — guests use the space at their own risk.

 

2. Health & Safety

 

Sauna use is not recommended for those who are pregnant or have certain medical conditions (including but not limited to heart conditions, respiratory issues, or high/low blood pressure).

Please bring water and stay hydrated — we also provide fresh drinking water onsite.

If you have any concerns, please consult your GP before booking.

Always listen to your body — if you feel light-headed, overheated, or unwell, exit the sauna and rest.

Use the cold water shower and sauna responsibly, being mindful of slippery surfaces.

It is advisable to wear suitable footwear, the ground can have an uneven surface as there are woodchip paths.

No alcohol or recreational drugs are permitted before or during your session.

Please remove all metal jewellery or clothing with metal parts (they can get hot and cause burns).

Never touch the fire, if more wood is needed please contact staff on site.

No dogs allowed on site.

3. Hygiene & Cleanliness

 

Please wear swimwear during your session. For comfort and hygiene, we ask that all guests wear suitable sauna-friendly attire.
Avoid any items with metal parts or fastenings, as these can heat up and cause burns.

Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna, you may want an extra towel for the cold shower.

No food/snacks are allowed in or around the sauna. Water and herbal tea are welcome.

Help us keep the space clean and wild by removing all personal items and rubbish before leaving.

 

4. Booking & Cancellations

 

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

You may reschedule or cancel with a full refund up to 48 hours before your session.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours, or for missed appointments.

If extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances require us to cancel your session, we’ll offer you a full refund or the chance to rebook.

 

5. Arrivals & Timekeeping

 

Please arrive on time, not early. The site is accessed via a working CSA field, and we want to respect everyone's space.

Each session includes 60 minutes of sauna time plus 20 minutes for changing and relaxing. Please vacate the area on time so we can prepare it for the next guest.

 

6. Liability

 

Little Big Smoke accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to personal property while on site.

Guests use the facilities at their own risk and are responsible for their own health, safety, and belongings.

 

7. Respect the Space

 

We are based in a peaceful, shared natural environment. Please treat the sauna and surrounding area with respect and care.

Disruptive behaviour, intoxication, or disregard for these terms may result in the immediate termination of your session, without refund.

 

8. Privacy & Data

 

Your booking details are securely stored and used only for managing appointments and communicating with you about your visit.

We will never share your personal data without your consent.
